Last 2 visits I got part baked vegan sausage roll and festive bake, gooey pastry and cold centre. V busy = poor quality. Not Gregg's normal standards.

Service is unreasonably slow. Perhaps there's not enough staff, but you don't even get "sorry, I'll be with you in a minute" when something else needs seeing to first.

Was flat out ignored, waited at till for about two minutes whilst staff got on with stuff, though only one other person was there waiting. Left without buying anything as I had to get to work. Bad service.

Food was great but the service wasn't. The chap behind the till named Liam was so busy messing around with all of the staff in the back that I had basically shout to be served and then they continued to do the same whilst taking, bagging and finishing the order.When Liam took the payment he didn't even read out how much it was and just gestured vaguely at the card machine, which luckily displays it. For the first time ever in a Gregg's I had ask for a receipt to make sure I had be charged correctly because Liam has planted a seed of doubt with they're lackluster service.
