I telephoned the York store and spoke to Vicky, she was very helpful, took and prepared my order which my other half collected within a couple of hours. I regularly visit this shop, always very clean and well maintained,it has a small corner to sit and have coffee and cake etc.. great coffee and the best Ice cream I have ever tasted... really lovely staff, always friendly and helpful...and of course a great selection of Hotel Chocolat goodies... would highly recommend
