Awful customer service from one skinny foreign male without basic manners. He was very rude! But also other female staff seems like they don't bother to be at work. No Hello, no thank You, no smile. This place generally seems unwelcome and quiet dirty so I would never order nothing from kfc bloosom st.

I ve ordered 23 pounds worth food for myself waiting nearly 40 minutes on a quiet Monday night my sauces that I paid 3 supercharges and can of drink not arrived called the restaurant several times no answer spoke to the Uber eats which provides their delivery saying to me is not our responsibility this is absolutely rubbish place don’t recommend you to get robb by this people

I had been here with my family today afternoon , the staff was very friendly and helped me with my 0rder, I don't know her name but she was wearing a grey t-shirt and black trousers.i had a coupon code from KFC customer service feed back which entitles me a free snack ,for some reason it didn't work but she was kind enough to give me a snack along with my main order and my kids enjoyed it. She is an asset to KFC. It was raining outside so we ate the food inside. Overall it was a good experience made possible by the wonderful staff.

Nice small KFC, no indoor seating however feels this allows focus on far higher quality food. Superb staff.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible, ground floor premises. On street and side parking.

The customer service from one of the male servers was appalling, i went in to buy some dinner after a long day of not eating a proper meal, it's 8pm on a sunday. As soon as I go in to order i notice a server being unbothered and careless about his work, I tell him my order and he askes if i want a side, but because i wanted him to clarify himself as i don't frequent kfc at all (i barely have gone in the past year) i wanted to know what sides, at which he slammed his hand on the counter, turned around said something to his college in an annoyed sort of way and pointed behind him to me, shaking his head as if i'd done something wrong or done something to offend him. At which his collegue, who was a very patient and helpful woman, served me instead. Explaining what was in the sides and helped me order. If i wasn't for her i would've given this a 1 star review. I felt so utterly humiliated and have NEVER been SO insulted before and simply because he was having a miserable day. How atrociously rude!!If he chose to be paid doing a customer service job he should fall through with the requirements. It's not my job to make his life easier and i'm not going to either. Best bet that's THE LAST TIME i'm ever stepping foot in that shop again!! I don't review shops online but that was THE WORST customer service I ever experienced in my ENTIRE life of living in England.I couldn't enjoy my food because I was so angry.Highly do not recommend!

Ordered a wrap 15 minutes before closing time, guy said he wasn't going to toast it. Should have known better as 12 hours later said wrap made a reappearance in my kitchen sink, so thanks I'm glad food hygiene goes out of the window if it's near closing time. Pay peanuts get monkeys I guess.

Amazing service and great food. The chicken was crispy, succulent and tender, really good quality.There was a small mistake in our order but when we went back, one of the team members, Viky, was super helpful and sorted everything out immediately. Excellent customer service.Best KFC I’ve had in ages.
