What a lovely member of staff, very patient when we had to reload our app ( for the special offer price) donut and coffee both hit the spot, but mainly, just really lovely customer service!

Walked into store to be told it was closing!!! It was 11:30am. How is this possible? Came back at 12 noon only to find the closed sign in place and no sign of any employees within to accompany the full platter of donuts that were sitting there unsold. This is the third time I’ve been here during open hours to find the cafe closed. Management need to visit and check this. Poor form Krispy Cream

Would love to leave a review in regards to the donuts but we've been twice this year from whitby and everytime we try to make a purchase they won't accept our cash.I do my best to leave my card at home and only use cash as most businesses I know prefere cash and ask for customers to pay on cash so there nit getting robbed by the card machines.Oh well we go elsewhere now

Popped into this shop for the first time , the person I was with bought a box of 4 donuts, the lady serving kindly offered me a free donut as an act of Joy, I thought this was so nice , so a big Thankyou , you made my day
