chips were okay but the burger I ordered was about 90% ketchup. service is standard at mcdonalds. don't really speak to anyone. and the atmosphere was about what you'd expect at 7:30pm in mcdonalds.

Very expensive for what it was, plus a Big Mac meal was shown as costing £6.59, yet we were charged £13.98 for two!Burger wasn't very hot, plus portion of chips was not a medium portion.When I asked for a serviette the Manageress begrudgingly gave me two! One for me, one for my wife! I didn't care much for her attitude either!I'm not very impressed and think I'm going to take this up with Trading Standards.

Food was good as normal but not very hot, it's probably something to do with the lack of people, so not much fresh food being cooked hence lack of atmosphere lol.

Disgraceful customer service. Member of staff working on drive through was chatting up a girl while we were sat in car waiting at kiosk. He looked over at us a few times smirking while he was flirting with a female. We had been at York hospital for over 4 hours with my 11 yr old granddaughter suffering from suspected broken arm. She was cold tired in a lot of pain and hungry. Finally got her meal after a really long wait and parked up only to then notice he hadn't give us the drink to go with the meal. I had to go into restaurant and get it myself. I called the member of staff over and told him exactly how I felt about his behaviour. Other staff were lovely as they always are but this particular one let the side down badly

Was fantastic hot burger ? Ebony was the shift manger when we arrived , the staff gave us a friendly smile , also I did like the sense of humour they have fair play to them to keep the place goingWheelchair accessibility: Yes there is a wheelchair accessibility.

I ordered a breakfast of McMuffin and hash browns via Just Eat, and it arrived promptly in the early morning. However, I was disappointed as the McMuffin bread was tough, and the hash browns had an unpleasant odor. Not the satisfying experience I was expecting.
