The young woman working today really made my day. Customer service at its finest. So helpful and polite even brought us our cookie dough and ice cream over!! Lovely lady couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be back due to this lady. Fabulous service I hope she is given recognition for being the face of your brand as she was brilliant.

Me and my husband called here for a bite to eat on our way home from an appointment we got the meal deal for 2 and it was lovely the service was good it was very busy as we had got there just after 12 but couldn't fault the service that we received will definitely come here

I've had good experiences at other Pizza Express franchises as they cater well for vegan/milk allergies. This was true this time and the food was great, but the whilst there were plenty of free tables staff weren't in a hurry to seat us, take our order or be helpful. There are lots of other outlets at York Designer Outlet. I'd go there if I were you.

Enjoyed a very nice girlie lunch with my friend here while out shopping at the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet, York. Found on the top level of the shopping mall. We needed to wait to be seated as had not made a booking yet it was worth it. Our waiter was lovely, a young lad keen and attentive. Pizza was great and we both enjoyed the elderflower lemonade. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and would certainly eat here again and highly recommend.

We called in for lunch whilst on a shopping trip with a tesco voucher. The ambience was very good and just after we arrived it got very busy. No problem. The food on arrival was very good we had garlic doughballs. A margarita pizza and the lasagne. There was a shortage of pizza cutters as we had to ask for one. Everything was very nice . However, the Italian waiter didn't seem too keen on accepting our voucher, and after a short while, it was taken. Overall a very nice experience.

called here today for lunch we were seated quickly and the server came to take our order i had the ceaser salad and my wife had the gluten free margarita which looked under cooked and very small my ceaser salad was mostly lettuce which was very dry and the chicken was very touch all in all not avery good experience my wife drpper her fork and the napkin went with it the server brought a repacements and the napkin was already dirty will not return there again 1 out off 10 for the diet coke

It was late in the day, so can forgive the luke warm food, but the guy serving was clearly more concerned about reading his phone than service levels. Left this neutral as it wasn't enough to completely detract and I actually try not to leave negative reviews as that's the world we seem to be in. But think there is an improvement needed...

Limited choice, dire service from poorly trained staff. Food awful and the chicken supreme had two very small pieces of chicken in. The entire 6” pizza! Choice of only four toppings what a farce. Don’t bother wasting your time here , “nil points” Avoid at all costs I wish had! One star is one too many.Parking: What is there to say you can park!
