Perfect location for travelling into York on Park and ride. Rooms clean and have essentials required for a short stay. Although, we would have appreciated a biscuit with a cup of tea after a long journey. Beds comfy and room warm. Cleaning staff very friendly and super helpful with their local knowledge. Thank you.

We stayed here on Friday night ( The 22nd of March) Upon arrival we were welcome by a lovely member of staff behind the reception desk, he was very helpful and directed us to our room.We stayed here with our little one as he was due surgery on the Saturday at York Hospital, our stay was pleasant and when we asked for extra pillows we got them immediately.I used the vending machine in the reception and unfortunately my crisps got stuck however it was sorted quickly by a wonderful staff member. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back. Thank you for a relaxing night before our child went for surgery. It helped us all not having to do the long morning travel with a nervous child ? surgery went well! ? thank you again.Rooms: The room we stayed in was a family room it was very well kept.

Better location to be had for York Centre, but the no. 10 bus can be your friend. Exactly what you expect for a Premier Inn, done well.

Clean friendly and well situated. Helpful staff. Short stroll to the Park n Ride facility, which takes about 10 minutes to get into York.Food & drinks: Attached to a beefeater (the Millfield). Good food and selection of beverages.

Had a good weekend there. It has a park and ride nearby to get to York. It took a couple of minutes to drive there or it's a 24 minutes walk to get there if you want to leave your car at the premier

Compared to other Premier inns its decor is very tired. Comfortable bed though. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet location on an industrial estate with a nearby petrol station. Bus routes into York in easy reach.Food & drinks: Do a vegan breakfast, good selection of cereals.
Nice room, friendly staff (despite it being busy) decent / bar restaurant.Food & drinks: Baird and reasonably priced menu, especially with the dinner and breakfast meal deal

A decent Premier Inn. Nothing to write home about but the staff were friendly. I had to ask about the meal deal for the Restaurant though and may have overpaid had I not already been aware.

Excellent value for money. The young lady on reception was lovely and I would book this hotel again. Facilities were as you would expect i.e. a decent standard. The room was clean and slightly (too) warm at night for what I'm used to, but this is standard for this nature of hotel, I suppose it's better than being too cold!

26th to the 28th.We were very impressed. From the ease of directions. The warmth and friendliness we got at Reception. The simple room layout. And then finally the room. What do you need?It was clean. It was warm.It was amazing. We had travelled and walked around York and now I wanted a cuppa and to flob.We supped and flobbed. It was glorious.Had our Tea, flobbed a bit more.Had a great shower in the pristine bathroom. After a great night's sleep. We had a great breakfast, murdered ourselves walking the whole of the Roman Wall and thankfully collapsed when we got back on our very lovely bed.Checkout was at 12 so we didn't feel rushed.Rested and fed and ready for the 2 hour drive.York is the better for a stay at this place.Very professional, well kept and having the advantage of a wonderful team of staff.Thank you all.
