If I could give this store zero stars I would. Don’t think ive ever been in a subway that prioritises online orders so much. Honestly it’s like you’re invisible in this store. Just keep smashing out online orders and ignoring anyone in the shop.Then refused to simply remove 1 item and replace it with another. Walked out with nothing after ten minutes waiting with none else in the store. Went toKfc and got served with what I wanted in about 1 minute.

Ordered to Aviva via just eat I don't really eat a lot of SubWay but I wasnt too hungry so ordered on break and arrived within 15 minutes. The sandwich was quality better than SubWay was years ago. Never been to the Subway in particular in person but as the quality goes I don't understand the bad reviews.

Rude lady served me, over charged me for a packet of crisps which I bought from Sainsbury’s across the road, missed half the toppings I asked for. No customer service given at all so rude

The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here my wrap has arrived warmed up (so is soggy when I open it) when I’ve indicated that I DO NOT want it to be grilled. Several times they’ve left cookies off the order too. Honestly, 75% of the time my 2-person order arrives wrong.

one of my usual subways however coming here doesnt seem worth my time as I was used to renees lovely greetings, but since i no longer see her around im greeted now by an older gentleman employee who is very rude and seems to make careless mistakes with my sandwich every time.not worth the customer service anymore :(

Walked in on my lunch break and stood at the counter, i waitied for 7 minutes with two other random customers who walked in just after myself.The staff members there did not say a word to any of us or even acknowledge us, no "we will just be a mo" they just talked to themselves.Me and some of the other random customers ended up walking out and going to KFC over the road which took around 6 minutes from ordering the food to getting it and we were greeted.I really do not recommend this subway, not all subways, just this one.

The staff were rude to my husband multiple times and each time we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. It's a shame because we used to be frequent customers. Today was the worst as the staff woman was shouting on my husband to order from outside the shop without explaining what she meant by that and when he wanted to understand what she meant, she kept shouting on him to order outside which is very rude. When he asked her to be kinder to him as a customer, she clearly didn’t care. We are never ordering from subway again

What's the point of having a offer that you cannot use? Received offer £3.99 for a footlong. Checked participating stores blossom street subway was on the list and that's my usual one i use. Manager said she's text owner of shop but they haven't updated so there's nothing she can do. She also said not all are participating but as stated when you check stores this one is. Won't be going back anytime soon. Will go elsewhere. Service nil. Communication nil
