had the chip shop platter, can't remember last time I had food so bad, think the sausage was from breakfast time, the battery was well and truly over cooked, with the smallest amount of peas, will definitely be staying away from here.

Ordered the cheese bacon burgers, with side of onion rings. The burgers were dry not succulent, like burgers should be. And the onion rings was cremated ( seriously suspect these was stuck back in fryer to warm up from earlier in the day) The service was pretty good, but food was lousy. Shame really as location is good and internal decor reasonably ok.

Had brunch with family. Food and service was good. Colouring in available for kids. Nice photo scene outside on Royal chair. Will definitely return!

I just came to york today with my friends for the day and we visited Yates on one of our stops and the service was absolutely immaculate. We was served by Adi and she was very knowledgeable and gave us amazing recommendations of drinks and she was so lovely and professional to us I will definitely be returning!! Highly

Over cooked food, burnt fish. The staff member was fab helping me out and got me something else but chicken burger deep fried and no taste, not for me!!!
