I was taken here for my retirement lunch, so for me it was a treat!My avocado on toast was lovely and all the other dishes looked very good. Unfortunately I'd had several teeth out earlier in the week so my choice was limited. I'll definitely be back to try something else.

Came here on 8.12.23 for our work Christmas party. Every single dish was fantastic, not easy with a party of 23! Very well done to the chef & waiting staff. We had a brilliant night & would definitely recommend. From the Prosecco on arrival, to taking individual drinks orders & payment, staff were brilliant. Well done & thanks for a great night.

Booked a table for my daughter's 19th birthday and the staff could not have done anymore they were absolutely amazing! From setting up the table with balloons and a seperate cake table, all in our own private space. And, even though we were upstairs the service was impecable.. thank you Katelyn! the food was so tasty, well presented and homemade, the chef even explained his recipe for one of the homemade crackers!Would most definitely recommend and will be back!Vegetarian options: Had the beyond meat burger and all I can say is YUM!!!!Parking: although there is not onsite parking there is plenty public parking just up the road.

Haddock bites and tartar sauce were delicious, as was the Southern fried chicken burger with garlic confit. Lots on the menu tickled my fancy, will definitely be back to try more! The somersby cider is really good too!

We had the best evening here, there was a slight mix up with the menu but the customer service in resolving the matter was just amazing and beyond what I would have expected!The food was incredible, it tasted absolutely delicious and so much of the menu is homemade which was very impressive. The atmosphere was very chilled, it's a really nice place to spend an evening with friends, family or anyone really. There's a nice outside area too.The highlight of our evening: pudding can be taken home ? no more, "I fancy desert but I'm too full," because you can take pudding away with you!! Absolutely love this idea.We'll certainly be back, highly recommend a visit.
