Just had a tyre malfunction and the lovely Billy helped us to change it! He was very lovely and kind and didn’t mind staying with us! Above and beyond for customer service! Give this man a raise! ?

The best BP Pulse station in the UK by far!!!! I stop at this station as a BMW EV owner as I traverse from the M40 to the M1 north bound and conversely south bound. I stop here to top up the charge on my EV using the excellent 150KW chargers. Over the past couple of days I stopped here twice and was served by Charlie. He handled my concerns in a friendly, efficient manner! I want to extend my thanks and appreciation to Billy, Brandon and especially Sarah for brewing a phenomenal Wild Bean coffee for me! Thank you one and all! I will ensure I stop here in the future, due to the fast BP Pulse EV Charger and because of the friendly and efficient service offered by the excellent staff!!! Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

The lady on till had very rude. She don't know how to deal with customer. Im on low loader van, just ask for the adblue, she rudely said this is HGV and just clear the bay, then she go and call the manager, He is ver good , talk me very politely.

I fill 2 Green 5L canistersTo my suprise i was charge for 13.2 LitersI ask the cashier she mention she dosent know and cannot answer my question!When u come with the car u don't see it but is hard to belive that 3.2 liter went above in two 5L Canisters

Wow embarrassing petrol station waited at the pump for nearly 10 minutes staff just looking out the window in the end drove off and went to a great fuel station not bp there prices are a rip off too

I started fueling up here about a year ago. Since then, I've got to know the staff pretty well and I've gotta say they are brilliant. Lots of banter and a cheer up before I head back to Heathrow. So a BIG THANKS to . .Scotty, Lucy, Stephen, Brandon, Sam, and the rude one. . . Daren with one R and laughingly reminds of that fact with one finger! I am leaving a bad review because the bloke on this occasion for the second time 10th August 2022 at 3am took ages to turn the pump on and was very rude to me so I will not buy fuel from this service station when he is on duty,The other staff are very friendly and very polite but not this guy.
