I booked 22nd not realising I had tapped 23rd, all turned up for meal and of course wrong date. Lady who said they had no tables to accommodate as we had booked for next day. So I went in and explained the situation checked with lady and said there was nothing available ,so went and said to family let's find another place just as leaving manager came out and said there's a booth available which would accommodate us ,brilliant service from the manager lady looked like she had to swallow her pride. Excellent service and from the young lady who served us.Vegetarian options: Good selection ?

I went with 2 friends and their dog. They were stopping off as part of a long journey so we needed a quick meal. We received an excellent welcome and our drinks and meal were delivered promptly as requested. The presentation of the meal was first class and lovely to eat. The meal was excellent value for what we paid.

We have visited the place with the family? for Sunday roast. Very short distance from Brackley town.?♀️ Staf were lovely, smiley and very helpful.??A great variety of beers and wines.? The food was tasteful and reasonably priced, thinking of the average prices around Brackley There are also kids menu options.? There is a free parking area right next to the pub??? There is a lovely garden with outdoor seating and a lot of space for the kids to play around.

We went here for some lunch when driving back from somewhere, and it was just what we needed. We ordered, and the food came within half an hour and the temperature of the food was perfect. The service was great, and the staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend coming here, a really nice pub.
