My order never arrived and they’ve charge me for it. When I call them they blamed just eat app. I’ve ordered food from the restaurant. One star everywhere for solving this problem like that.

Probably the worst McDonalds in the UK, another order with missing food, usually cold, luke warm at best.Staff generally polite, but dozy it seems.

I don't usually write reviews but I thought this should be mentioned. I was on a call out and on the way home decided to pop by to grab a breakfast as it says online they are open 24HRS, I get there and on the door it says doesn't open till 6am it was 5:40 so I thought ok ill wait 20mins 6am hits door was open I went in on the self order and then was told by I can only assume a manger as she was wearing different clothing to other staff. Quite rudely that they wasn't ready yet and ask the person next to me if they opened the door themselves. Went outside waited about 5 mins seen people going in and out drive through so thought I would try the drive through and was told they wouldn't be open for about another 15mins and this was at 6:10am like any job if you start at 6/7/8 or even 9 you should be at work ready to start serving/ making whatever you do at your start time especially if you serve customers and customers are waiting for you to open.Wouldn't recommend

If you're planning on eating in, just be aware that parking is limited here, so can be a bit hit and miss on finding a spot.

I don't usually write reviews but given the poor level service I have received at this I thought it was apt in this case.If you are looking for a restaurant with so abysmal service this is the to go! I've only been there twice but the first time I went they never gave me the cheese burger I had ordered and it was only a two item order, the second time I went I was ignored at the oreder window then greated by a woman who mumbled then proceeded to say she wasn't mumbling and then I went to pay the order was wrong, avoid this place
When you do the drive thru, a sullen supervisor who systematically makes you wait and didn’t answers why you have been kept waiting for so long, How rude can be a supervisor? The answer is in this restaurant. I have never seen such bad customer service in my life.
