Great place to pop in for a coffee. Bike friendly ? great atmosphere and good coffee of course.

We visited the cafe on a Saturday morning and so I expected it to be busier than usual. Ive been here a few times now. However, a 20 minute wait to get served on this occasion was not really acceptable. It wasn't that busy..The 2 young staff were really slow but to be honest I think the biggest problem is that the owner needs to train them and to give them an idea of what customer service is. Also perhaps have more staff..Lastly, it's not the cheapest cafe..

This place does my favourite coffee. Worth the ride out ?

Wait TimeVery long wait time, there is a usual wait time you would expect but here it was way over. And you are right next to customers Sat at their table so it feels like you're in the way. They had pumpkins on the floor when we went so it was a bit more awkward.StaffThe staff were very nice and friendly and helpfulDrinksMy drink not so good, my partners was good.I ordered a chai latte and it tasted like water. I asked if they could add some more chai. They insisted on making me a fresh drink which was nice. But it tasted like water on the 2nd attempt.I order this drink everywhere I go and this wins the prize for worst chai latte sadly. It's not a bad place, I'm just giving you my experience. I would go again but I just 100% would avoid the chai latte.

Checked the website to make sure nothing was happening, arrived to find the place totally full because of a ‘whist drive’. Shame it wasn’t advertised!

Love Culworth Forge Coffee, my 'go to' café stop mid ride! Fantastic coffee and cake, cycling friendly and great staff.

Great find for the forge coffee on the green in evenley, amazingly tasty coffee and believe me I have tried lots of coffee and cafe, cakes are great too, we cycled over on a Saturday and we liked to so. Much we drove 20 miles over on Sunday just for coffee, very friendly staff and a great location.

Lovely little spot for a light bite and a hot chocolate :) the sausage roll was very tasty as was the jammy dodger blondie. My only comments would be that the service was a little slow but that was due to a long queue on a Monday with one very hard working person behind the counter, (also please don't advertise scotch eggs on the counter if you don't have any to sell). But all in all good experience I will be back

Lovely cafe overlooking the village green. Sometimes there are gorgeous cakes but other times it is sparse. Unfortunately there are few or no options for medical allergy sufferers apart from a few pre-packaged gluten free bars.

Good coffee and food In first thing (just opened), three staff on, ordered, sit down, they make coffee then shout to tell you ready… literally three of them stood there doing nothing and couldn’t bring it over?! Lad too busy going out side for his roll up every 10 mins

Great coffee and selection of yummy cakes. Visited as part of a bike ride so handy to be able to take bikes through to the back where they'll be safe.
