“Only opens on select Sundays, visit the Pocklington Canal opposite, chat to the volunteers, walk a few kilometres and then cross the road and have a brunch.
Inside and outside seating in the home of a local family. Plenty of interest in the large garden, veg and fruit. The large mint bed fills the air with aroma.
Large teapots, fresh coffee and proper ice-cream.

You can park outside, but best to leave it at the canal head where the volunteers can keep an eye on it.
Good value and a very unique experience.”
