Quick service hot food and all correct,poor customer service went to the till to order didn't want to take my order was directed to the self order points instead, adequate parking 2 disabled bays available no child spaces drive through available but poor layout as the speaker is directly on the corner to orderEdit - it has changed drastically - Luke warm food app still not working correctly and poor phone signal lack of understanding by staff and slow for food to be available, cold inside and even colder toilet area, toilets weren't particularly clean and one stall out off toilet paper.

This restaurant is not heated, cold, dirty, the floor is sticky, the toilet has no comment.
I love KFC but when i have visited this branch, the service is poor, and always something missing on a takeaway.
