special deal night , starter main with rice or nann side dish all for £12 50 , the waiters were very pleasant , the food was delicous , very tasty and served hot , the wine was a reasonable price per bottle so we had one and it was good value .its a place to come back to .

The staff are lovely. We have been going for years and always get a very warm welcome. My 6 year old’s favourite restaurant, despite him having visited numerous “posher” places. They try hard and go the extra mile if they make a mistake, which is appreciated- they clearly do care about their customers and give good service. Highly recommend.

Party of 7 went for the Banquet Night, which was excellent value at £12.50 a head. Service slightly hit and miss, but good humoured and attentive. Portions good, My lamb curry was excellent. Mater Paneer slightly iffy, naan excellent. Good Onion Bhajees for starter. Group as a whole enjoyed the night and we will certainly go again. One member - a Brummie who knows about curry (so he says!) reckons it's a gem. Haven't given 5 stars as one or two quibbles - but would have given 4 1/2.

Truly a first class gourmet experience with great attention to detail simply exquisitely prepared fresh food served by a professional waiting staff . I was in the area on business and decided to stay the night in the hotel very close by due to the inclement weather . The lady at the hotel recommended most highly Brinjal and she was absolutely correct ,it was magnificent and as somebody who really enjoys Indian food I can assure you that Brinjal is head and shoulders above the majority of the many Indian restaurants I have sampled over the last 60 years ,it was nothing short of magnificent and it is with complete impunity that I heartily recommend you beat a path to their door … if you do believe me you are in for a treat !

Went out on the spur of the moment and had the banquet nite special, wow the food and the service was brilliant much better than I expected,this is great value for the money we will definitely be going back

Food was great, and the banquet deal is great value. Drinks were all a bit warm and flat, service was OK (not more). Venue was alright. Overall decent food and good value.
Lovely food catered for vegans and very clean and food was delicious. Lots of the food at only £11.50 on Wednesday definitely will go back again. Servers and table staff very professional and food pipping hot.

This was the first time for a delivery takeaway, and it will be the last, absolute tasteless chicken tikka madras, chicken was tough and not tikka. The chilli nann bread, well the surprise was where was the chilli.

Just had delivery food excellent delivery on time very easy to order very handy for us as disabled no transport so having real Indian food in your own home is brilliant
