ive just had a kebab delivered. It was rhe worst takeaway i have evr had the meat had a weird old dusty flavour i had to spit it out hardly any salad and no pitta bread just some dodgy flat bread never going to order from here again honestly shocked there getting away with

We've been using IK&P for years and years, ordering virtually every week but lately things seem to have gone downhill. The menu changed so that a kebab no longer comes in pitta bread, and twice arrived as just meat in a box. Once it randomly came just with rice. Seems you now have to order a kebab WRAP to get the old style kebab. Unfortunately they've taken away the option for a separate salad so our most recent order arrived cold due to the salad in the kebab, and looked like it had all just been thrown in the box or dropped. A complaint was made and another delivered but same happened again. Whoever answered the phone claimed we were lying and it couldn't possibly be cold, then swore at us. A sad end to a very long relationship.

Mould on bottom bun, young lad ate two bites and noticed them was puking ? at the thought rather than the mould (wasn't a speck of mould it was a lot).Didn't seem to care too much just sent a replacement as long as we gave back the mouldy evidence - unsurprisingly he didn't eat the replacement.

I dont normally complain but recently I have ordered garlic mayonnaise seperate expecting a pot, well its not even 1 table spoon worth?Not sure if this is to save money?And I complained the last time and stupid me ordered a pot of garlic mayo again...? Same problem a tablespoons worth. Last time they apologised and said they would send more garlic mayo on my next order.Also i have always ordered my chilli sauce on my food and always 2 pots seperate...guess what 1 x chilli sauce pot missing...spoke to the shop asked 2 hrs ago if a delivery comes this way could i have the chilli I paid for and extra garlic mayo?And im still waiting..now it sounds silly complaining, but everytime I have paid for the extras...and still it hasnt arrived?Yet i get a text message offering me 10% on my next delivery..never used this discount...but maybe i should?? Or not as im starting to think i shouldn't order from here anymore. ?

Ordered from these to be delivered. Kebab meat was cold and chips cold to and like cardboard. Called to tell them to be shouted at on the phone saying it was impossible that it was cold and said I was lying. (I live a couple of minutes from the shop!) they hung up on me. Customer service is terrible!! Will never order from them again.

A bit disappointed....overall it was okay, we ordered 2 small chicken shish and 1 large and 1 large chips and it cost almost £30.00...chicken was nice but the salad was.almost non-existent, no tomato, a little red cabbage and quite a bit of red onion and 3 halves of a cucumber, I.asked for green chillies and got 3 little ones, not the usual 6 inch long ones.....chips were nice...in all it was okay but nothing special and for the money well we hoped for better...!!

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS SHOP.Discussing service. I was told the food would be here in 30 minutes and after nearly 2 hours and 5 phone calls later, I cancelled the food. The customer service wasn't evident at all. They lied to me, fabricated reasons for the lateness and even told me to shut up, that he was 62 and that he was right. They said that I had given the wrong post code to the place I live. That it was my fault that I hadn't got my food because the driver couldn't find me. I was told that the driver had tried to phone me, than I overheard him give the driver the number.If I could give a zero score, I would.I had to give someone a sandwich for their evening meal being as they need to eat to control their diabetes.I'm still waiting for my refund. Awful place and people
Wow. Blown away by the large donner kebab I've just had. Literally was the best kebab I've had in years. Fresh salad and a really nice soft pitta. Highly recommend.

Wanted to give no stars but review made me click 1 to post the following. Was recommended to try this kebab house and this was by far the worst I’ve ever had in the uk! Thrown together, everything was old, tasted foul and felt overcharged for what we were given. Was that disgusting I didn’t give to my dogs!
