Ordered regular box meal and asked for the side piece of chicken to be breast.Got my order, took it to the table and looked inside the filet burger. The chicken was not a filet, it was about half the size - looks like they are cutting them in half before breading and cooking to get more profit from them?Went to complain, make at counter tried to tell me that because I had breast piece for my 1 piece of chicken that I didn’t get a full filet in my burger!Eventually they provided a replacement filet burger, with a full filet in it!!*check what they are trying to pass off as a filet burger, and challenge if they’re scamming you*

I haven't been in a KFC for many yearsI was very , very pleasantly surprised how nice the food has become so tasty .I went for a spot of lunch with a work colleague and we both thoroughly enjoyed our food .The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is spotless .Will definitely be returning again soon .

I went to have a good time with my family and was absolutely disappointed.The rice had no flavor, the coleslaw was frozen and so was the oreo krushem. They got my order wrong aswell.The bathroom are really bad its like kids are working there. The place was filled with staff laughing out loud, very unprofessional. I was rrally disappointed with the prices aswell 2.69 for a tiny frozen krushem? I think not. Very bad place, i give it 2 stars because the food at least was edible although the chicken was uncooked. Disappointing, very disappointing.

Whilst travelling around Northamptonshire, Ive noticed numerous billboards and adverts for the new KFC christmas 23 stuffing stacker burger. Thought Id pop into Wellingborough branch on Turnells Mill Lane to get one, only to be told they werent doing them as they hadn't got any stock. I commented that this item was surposed to be available till 1st Jan 24. I asked when stock would be available, they did not know and appeared not to care either. If a business goes to the huge effort to advertise their wares they should ensure they have stock available. This is not KFC's first year of trading and experience from previous years should act as a good guide to present and future demand. Wonder what Colonel Sanders would have said to today's experience? Sadly this isn't only time with similar occurance. My last visit was around February 23, when I encountered the same with items from the regular menu out of stock and a 'dont care' attitude. I will think twice now about visiting again.

We tend to go in to order, ordering is easy and there is an option to order at the counter, the off putting bit is the amount of food delivery peeps clogging up all the space ??‍♀️

KFC Wellingborough is gradually lowering the standard. Some of us have come a long way to settle on KFC, I personally prefer KFC to any high street restaurant but the high earned reputation is gradually falling apart.I felt I wasted my money and didn’t have value for my hard earned money. My order was worth £21.99 and my meal appeared like a neglected leftover tiny pieces of chicken with retired fries.Something must be done about it and some people must SIT UP and others must wake up from their sleep.

Used Uber to deliver a supposed simple order... over 1 hour later I get my order delivered by a different person to who should have been delivering who was rude and very impolite. Half the order was wrong and 4 items were missing. All of the food was soggy and cold like it had been sat for a fair while. Order was just under 40 pounds and this is the service that goes with it. I will never order from this KFC again and I have unsubscribed from Uber eats as their policies are terrible and they make it as hard as possible to speak to a human being to complain properly. Do yourselves a big favour and avoid this dynamic duo to save yourselves a lot of disappointment.40 quid lol!

Order from drive through on not a very busy day still took 30 +minutesThey had no salt sachets and other items were not in stock,Do not park in the car park to eat your food you will get a ticket £60 fine waiting for food then eating will go over the max stay u have.Parking: Do not park here to eat your food unless u want a £60 parking fine, waited 40 minutes for food for me and family and took us about 30 minutes to eat and ended up with a fine for staying longer than 1hour

Absolutely shocking order food to be delivered for12.30pm and 13.30pm still no delivery. Called to ask where My delivery is to be informed no driver has collect so no food delivery. Ask for a refund to be told they don't do refunds as it was ordered online. So not only no food I'm now out of pocket.... BE WARNED DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM KFC TURNELLS MILL ROAD.

An excellent experience today (weekday afternoon before the schools kick out) at this KFC. Prompt, kind service with a smile, exactly what I ordered without argument and I felt like I was being catered for, rather than being an annoyance. Excellent staff. Top Notch.Food was hot and fresh, good and as requested. Drink the same. The party behind me were also served likewise.The front was immaculate and regularly cleaned.One of the best offerings KFC have. This visit proves they can do it perfectly.The toilets reek. Drainage / building issue. Not a cleanliness issue. Hence the 4 not 5 star.Will visit again if I’m close by.Parking: Over 30 spaces.

Dark and dingy car park, hence you don't see the 1 hour parking signs, so when they forget your order and keep you waiting for a good half hour, you get a £60 fine on your doorstep a couple of weeks later. Not from the area, so I didn't know about the carpark. Food when we finally got it was okay, not the best KFC I've ever had. Staff all standing around chatting and 1 girl sorting front of house. It felt intimidating going in, with the boy racers in the car park and dealing delivery drivers brazenly and quite clearly, dealing at the counter, while they wait. Definitely won't be going back there, next time we visit Northampton, very costly dinner/mistake.

Ordered through Uber Eats and the order arrived missing 12 items.Had to call multiple times before I actually got through and when I did they seemed perplexed and shifted the blame about what had actually happened before telling me that I had to come the store to pick up the 12 items or alternatively I could go through Uber Eats to get a refund.As I’m epileptic and have a heart condition as well as mobility issues I can’t actually drive which is why I used Uber Eats to make the order in the first place and when I pointed this out I was just told the same thing again - that I could drive and pick up the 12 missing items or go through Uber Eats for a refund. Not to mention the boneless bucket that was ordered was undercooked/the chicken was pink.I can only hope my money is refunded via Uber Eats now.
