Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Went through drive thru had to park up. Waited for 10 minutes. Discovered they hadn’t given us a plain burger, went in, guy took bag with fried. 5 minutes later gave me bag with burger but no fries. Waited again. Got the bag. Went back to car, burger had cheese. Back I go. Get new burger. In the meantime my wife discovered that the McNugget happy meal had a cheeseburger burger. So back we go, get some nuggets. A trip through the drive thru for convenience turned into a 45 minute trauma. Avoid

The only thing is wrong is the self service order machine most times doesn't print out your order number or even sometimes doesn't give you your order number and you take a risk that the order is

Certainly not a fast food restaurant more interested in doing the uber eat orders than customers in restaurant, not good serving cold food, need to decide if they are a restaurant or an uber outlet.

Justeat order are not in the system constantly because of some items not available and and the staff deliberately ignores me when I try to ask them where the order is, thanks, due to the huge number of orders that they cannot process, nevertheless they continue to accept orders, they cannot answer the question, the attitude towards delivery drivers is lousy, there is no person who would look in the system for stuck orders, its disgrace to drivers and of all this attitude, instead there are running teenagers scurrying here and there , always total mess, disrespect and ignoring, especially in busy hours. If you make an order and waiting 1+ hours, know they just don’t care because they are “popular” because of thousands orders they accept and because all of you order from one place
