Great service, friendly and welcoming. Good choice of food and drinks. Lots of free parking. Only thong was it was very noisy, had to raise my voice to be heard.

Good ol' cafe grub ! Just what I was looking for. Decent prices, service a tad slow but to be fair they're very busy for a reason! Cracking cafe not trying to be anything other than an honest tasty cafe.Bring back the eating challenges tho... And the wall of fame ?

Really disappointed with the service I experienced today. I had a hot chocolate which was really unpleasant, it was essentially water mixed with milk and a bit of chocolate powder. Instead of asking for a refund, I asked for something else. I went to the counter and the lady was extremely rude and tried to make it seem as though my comment was unjust. She said that apparently the hot chocolate has been described as "the best hot chocolate" by other customers however in my opinion it was close to unedible. As the alternative to the hot chocolate I had a chocolate bar and a cup of tea, however this woman was not happy and essentially put milk, hot water and a tea bag all together and handed it to me. This was insulting and careless. I have never felt so uncomfortable.
