Haven't been here in a while but will definitely be back, I visited here during my lunch break very fast service in Drive through, young gentleman who served us was so helpful and well mannered. The food was plentiful, hot and tasty definitely worth the money.

Was disgusted with the attitude of burger king staff being a hgv driver myself and co driver had spent along day on the road and talked about how nice a burger king would be we pulled up in the car park adjacent and walked over to bk to find the doors locked but drive thru was open and busy having no choice i walked to the speaker to order and after no reply a member of staff came out and said you must be a driver to order i replied that i was and pointed to my truck and informed her it wouldnt fit in there drive thru i was told i wouldnt be served so asked for a manager only to be approached several minutes later by another member of staff who also refused to serve me when i said i hadnt eaten all day i got the reply that it wasnt there problem covid rules !!!! I wasnt asking to enter the premises or come any closer to staff than those accepting money and handing food thru a window infact if they had of kept my change and kicked my food out the door i wouldnt have complained . These are scary times but bk antrim have lost the human touch . Please re educated your staff on commonsense and or atleast keep a manger present as without custom yous will fail and more importantly without hgv drivers you will have no stock!

Still only opening to 8pm 7 days a week. This is not good enough as everywhere else is getting back to normal. Great way to loose business as most potential customers will just go across the way to McDonald's just like we did when we arrived to find it was still closing early.

They still have not reopened the dine in, even though I was told it was openibg over a month ago. Also they seem to charge different prices for same meal. Went 2 days in a row and was charged 2 different prices, when I queried it, they did not even apologise for their mistake, just gave me a look. So just be careful.

only went to drive through for there pound saver menu got a wee chicken burger that had luttuce tomato and bbq sauce was hot and lovely staff at window was so nice and helpful

The staff need to address their hygiene requirements. Staff who carry into the premises large cardboard boxes, set them on the counter and neither wipe the counter where the box had been nor wash their hands after handling said box before serving another customer, isn't acceptable!
The food was, however, very tasty, although the chips were a bit over cooked.
The toilets are smelly and in need of urgent attention. Basically, they're disgusting.

The sort of place one would call into if one was particularly peckish and needed to "fill that tummy gap" ! The food on offer was reasonably up to scratch. Were the standard dropped was the general "grottiness" of the dining area. Chips and other left overs from previous meals on the tables and floor somewhat "taints" the whole eating pleasure. Carpark littered with empty food boxes also does not leave a lasting positive impression. All in all not conducive I'm afraid for regular return visits.
