receptionist answered the phone with an immediate bad attitude, to then hand me off to another rude staff member. delivery took over 1 hour and 20 minutes, delivery driver claimed he came to our house 2x and we failed to answer (we had to call the establishment to find this information out, we were not even contacted) We have ordered from this establishment for a number of years but has went down hill rapidly since new ownership. Food was cold, and two items were missing, but due to the attitude I was given I didn’t bother calling them for a third time.

Ordered food for collection for 10 p.m through just eat appI got there around 9:45 p.m and food was already made and as the women said it was sitting there for ages, it wasn't a joke, the food was cold, and not as tasty as it always has been, also there was no receipt attached to my order, but I think it should be?It was their mistake, it's a shame as the food from there is really good most of the time, but the service seems to be unprofessional

The best chicken pakora I have ever tasted. Highly recommend it along with house sauce. Wraps are also lovely. Never had a bad takeaway from it.
