Can't believe I'm even having to do this, but hopefully someone who actually gives a crap will see this! Ordered a delivery this evening (Order 8556616) on the app and still hadn't appeared 30mins after the estimated delivery time. Called up to find out what's happening to be told issue with the printer and will be remade and sent out. Due to the time of night (now 11:30pm) I asked if I could just cancel the order and get a refund cus I have to be up early for work and just wanted something nice after hitting the gym with normally quick service. Phone was instantly hung up. Thinking this was just an error, I tried again. Answered pretty quick, said hello, hung up again. Called a few more times and each of the calls are being rejected. Have always loved the food and had great service from this restaurant but severely disappointed and appalled in the service today. Will just go through my bank to get the money back if you're going to be so stubborn, and hate to say it but you've lost a customer!

I got back to my hotel to discover the restaurant had been closed, I was hungry and needed a meal. Out with the delivery app and a quick check found a place close by... The menu is pretty extensive and I was looking for sourdough pizza - they excelled, I opted for a meal deal and for the first time in years I ended up leaving food because I was full up, completely stuffed and happy. I heartily recommend this place, the meal arrived swiftly, and was piping hot. Delivered by a lovely fella - service with a smile too.

First time eating from here, and will be the last, place needs a good clean and degrease! Ordered a chip, a pastie and a battered sausage, nothing spectacular and wasn't to impressed. The chips were under cooked and very pale, the pastie had a funny taste, the batteries sausage was ok. The staff need to sharpen up, dress properly and actually be presentable! Won't be back Belfast has way better chippies!!!

King Cod is quite a claim to make. If it's in relation to the size of the Cod they are serving then yes they could be seen as Kingsized. They even go as far as preparing each fillet with fresh batter as you order. Unfortunately quantity does not mean quality and while there is an abundance of crisp golden batter and fresh fish, the taste (for me at least) unfortunately misses the mark. There is of course other options on the menu, but when you go with a title King Cod, I expect the king of all Cods! I have a pet peeve for business which delve into the use of extremes for marketing purposes. Yes this does sound like a rant, but is it really too much to ask for something to live up to it's own hype? Don't get me started on 'Burger King'! As Chip shops go it's fairly clean and reasonably priced. Just not worthy of a monarchy's title.
