Just bought two subs and I ended up throwing them in the bin, the bread was hard on outside and soggy and slime on inside. Not very happy that the product isn't fresh.Will not be back in this store as this is the second time now.

Visited here today and it was not pleasant. Spent 20 minutes in a normal length queue because the staff, including the supervisor, were working at such a slow pace. No sense of urgency or customer service. The customer behind me asked if an offer was on and the supervisor’s answer was “I don’t know.” No offer to find out, just stood blankly, not making eye contact. Got the same answer from a member of staff when I asked a question and had to ask her if she could find out.Food was nice but not as hot as it should have been, given the waiting time after it came out of the oven.Someone in management needs to oversee the staff, including the supervisor.

Very clean. I have a bit of social anxiety and was nervous ordering but Chloe was very nice and helped me order. Thank you :)Vegetarian options: Very good and tasty.

Probably the worst subway about. Workers are like zombies. I could provide better service with my eyes covered and no fingers. Disgrace

Really nice sandwiches. Try toasted baguette with ham and cheese. Staff are always freindly and hardworking. Good spot for lunch

Arrived not toasted..Missing a drink if they don’t have it they send nothing although you paid for a drink!! Not impressed.. They need to read their orders!!!
