I wanted to do a cake table for my son's birthday party. Nicola looked after me in store and helped me pick a really good selection of cakes, french fancies and buns. The children loved the cake table and there wasn't a crumb left! Top class!

Amazing service today when I came for our pancakes for Pancake Tuesday Nicola couldn’t be anymore accommodating, she has such a great work ethic smiled the whole time and had a conversation while getting what I needed, some shops these days you can’t even get a convo out of the server so massive thank you to Nicola, the smile and a conversation really helped lift the mood today ❤️

We got served by the lovely Chelsea yesterday and she was so patient and explained what all the different buns were ❤️ the cakes are the best I have ever tasted in my whole life and the shop itself is so beautiful, I can't wait to come back! Definitely worth the drive from Comber ?

Went to Ballymena as I was completely influenced by ciaren bartlett description shop is bright absolutely spotless and girls are so friendly.. got a couple of boxes to take back to belfast oh my word every single bun was amazing 1 box never made it home lol please please come to belfast ?

We had ordered a cake for an 18th birthday and realised on the morning we hadn't put the order through, we went to the shop at 9.30am and Nicola could not have been more helpful we explained the situation and she told us to come back in an hour and she would have a cake ready for us. We collected the cake and it was perfect, Nicola saved the day for us i could not recommend Dougies Goodies highly enough 5 stars doesn't even do it justice.

Service today was appalling, I was served by a lady age around 45-55 with black hair she was very rude and had zero food hygiene. She was coughing on her hand and using the same hand to pack my food without gloves. She had no knowledge about the cakes and whether they were suitable for vegetarians. Never seen such disgraceful service before.

Been wanting to come here ever since seeing comedian Ciaran Bartlett raving about the place, and it was everything I hoped for!! I had a lemon fancy and it was delicious. Bought some cake for friends too and everything was so reasonably priced. The shop itself is stunning too! Can't wait to come back next time in NI ??
