The decor is lovely, music is good live and a playlist. The prices are reasonable and drinks are delicious. We had a grannies angel and fiddle me silly. There is a smoking area with tables outside and the location is really handy also. The only issue is the music is very loud everywhere there is no 'quieter' area so you can't talk and there is no dance floor.

Loved the beer and friendly chap behind the bar.

It's a great place to have a wee drink and chill out with friends. Drinks are very reasonable and the staff are great

The spinning mill is now Granny Annie's. It is nice and clean and the drinks taste nice. There was music on in the background which was nice. However, the table we where sitting at was wobbly and our drinks nearly fell ? the staff member that served us was not the friendliest however they might not have been having the best day. Everyone else was nice. Overall I would recommend Granny Annie's!

Terrible with a capital T...food below average for price. An unpleasant and unkempt place to have a meal. Seated next to smelly toilet facilities...a 3rd world experience..never again

Nice looking place, tradicional. However we left as we were waiting long for someone to get the order.

Amazing food! The place is well decorated and feels just like home. Reasonably priced and top quality. Definitely would go back again without hesitation!!

Disappointing. Very basic burger and chips with no garnish. The 'Roast Chicken dinner' consisted of a deep fried (at least twice) crispy, inedible half chicken with a portion of mash - veg had to be ordered as an extra. The lukewarm coffee was definitely Instant masquerading as an Americano. Will definitely not be back.

Was in yesterday 6/10/18 with group of friends we all were so disappointed with the way it seems to being runned down no heating on, no sky football, male toilet's downstairs out of order, upstairs closed due to lack of staff and to cap it off my favourite draught beer Heverlees not available ....Granny Annie management not good enough.
Meal was quite good the service was very good , and there is a lot to be said about keeping the place as traditional as possible, but it could do with something , the toilets weren’t great .

We came before ten o'clock friday night but kitchen was still open and we ordered tasty burgers and lasagne. Staff were lovely. Was live music on friday night and really good atmosphere there. I highly recommended this place.

We came here as a group of 14 for a pre-hen weekend meet up.There is a room for parties and it's done up very well. It was perfect for the party to meet one another. There is also a bar in the room and pool table. The bar staff were more than helpful, lovely girls that helped with anything we needed and also they had a good since of hummor and personalities which really helped the mood of the evening. They also served cocktails and food. No one could fault the place and the cocktail where amazing!

Food was lovely but its a very dark dingy place to sit in also dirty. The place had just opened & the table we sat at was dirty & sticky. Waited for ages so we ended up cleaning it for ourselves. During our meal the table wasn't level so kept moving & then spilling our drinks. Don't think we'd go back again to be honest.

Most definitely gone downhill since Granny Annie's have took over. This used to be one of the best pubs to go for a cheap drink and decent food at a reasonable price. It's over priced the food is poor quality and very over priced. Was in today and they place just stinks of grease. The tables are new but are sticky. They have changed the layout of the tables etc but it just makes the place look empty. There's a broken window near the toilets upstairs and it's not even been patched in. Was in today and will not rush back which is disappointing as this was a pub I used to love going to. Granny Annie's have ruined it!
Will not be back dull dreary hole
