I went to get something from Greggs and noticed the pastry was cold so I asked the man if he could heat it or make a new batch and he said there was nothing he could do and he wasn't able to reheat it. It's horrible that he didn't even let me know it was cold when he obviously knew. Unbelievable they have heaters there for a reason to keep the food at a constant temperature! It was pure laziness I couldn't eat it it was disgusting cold!
