Do me a favour and NEVER go here! Worst place I've eaten in, despite the excellent quality of the other shops in the BoulevardFirst, the food is cold.Food is not like how they advertise it.The fries are unsalted.The wait was VERY long.Hard to hear orders.They get the orders wrong.Ambiance just sucked, babies crying and all.Not enough food for 3 people, even if 20 euro was paid.They didn't have Angus beef, so one of us had to order something else.

Worst burger king I've ever been to. Staff weren't very engaging with the customers. The place was quiet yet we were waiting far too long for a simple order. Two sets of customers complained and the staff member just stared and didn't even apologize or try and empathise with the customers. Probably because they were too busy having the craic with each other when they should have been doing there job. Will not be back again. Poor service and bad attitude.

The food was really fast ready, what you can expect in a fast food restaurant like burger King. But this restaurant suprised me with how quick it was ready. I really liked my burger, but my fries with cheese were not so good. I really didn't like how the cheese tasted and normally I always pick this kind of fries, so i really didn't like how they made it.

It was very unhygienic the tables hadn’t been cleaned at all and there were stains on the walls and seats. They only had 4 staff working and they didn’t clean any of the tables once people left. Also there was only one bathroom for all and it was so dirty I had to leave. Would never go again.

Went in at 5.15pm yesterday.Place was deserted with exception of one family sitting at a table.I was the only one at the counter waiting to order.I was seen by staff but they didn't come forward to take my order until 5.25pm.When my order was ready at 5.35pm it was merely warm to the touch.Floor was sticky and unclean, tables clearly hadn't been wiped down properly.Several people arrived and left due to waiting so long for staff to take their orders, others had long waits.
Really BAD service, girls working behind the counter just left in middle of the order, no one of the girls have hairnets, all hair down ?❌ Half of the food not available, no big king, no milkshakes, no Fanta...I'm wondering who's manager of this place. This was our last time in this burger king in Boulevard. Avoid.

This has to be the worst place ever staff attitude staff moral & a dozy manager that cant even give customers a reson why they are waiting on food for 20 mins staff then open all the other food as they don't know what is in the burgers talk about cross contamination pouring oil into pan with chips cooking honestly customers waiting on a back log of 9 orders & all a dozy manager can say is we are trying seriously NO LEADERSHIP, the Getleman & lady spoke up to them today fair play absolutely disgraceful really hope that no one gets sick so close to Christmas

Went here today for food, waited almost 25minutes on our food,table was filthy dirty,went to the toilets, absolutely disgusting , they were not fit for an animal nevermind humans, 4 staff walking about doing nothing, complaint to the manager who was a junior, did not seem to care, that staff have no customer service , i notice on my visit staff had full make up on visible earings in nose and ears,staff picking ears and touching there faces while preparing food, this place needs some serious management, we certainly will never be back here

I never ate a burger so small and it was a meal i order the bacon double cheeseburger was a little bit bigger than a egg yolk and in the prices on the board are not real because they had the vat after didnt enjoy and this was the 1st time that happenedVegetarian options: Ok
