The drinks machines are rarely working fully, service is very slow. That said the staff are always polite.

This is the worst Burger king I've ever been to. Staff didn't even know what they were doing and the Manager was just laughing and chatting with her colleagues as the queue was going on to the street... I was there for 1 hour and didn't see any tables washed or wiped over. Never again

Poor service, can't be bothered attitude staff. Drinks machine not working again !! Food ok but very overpriced. Save your money and go to Harvey's or McDonald's !! Won't be visiting again !!

Went to BK today. Was told there were no fries. So i said okay, bought a burger meal anyways. Manager didn't bring the price down or offer anything extra like cheese bites or something (i did ask). Never heard of a restruant charging for a meal but giving you less with no compensation. Worst customer service I've ever seen

Would never eat there after watching how the staff handle the food with their hands without wearing gloves. Saw one member of staff scratching his bare arm and his leg then went on to throw food into bags without washing his hands Terrible place. Would be more hygienic if the staff wore disposal gloves and not handle ALL THE FOOD with their hands. Terrible place
