“Called in to grab a tea for a homeless person just up from the shop. When I explained to the guy working he offered to pay for it . I told him its my good deed for the day and he made up a tea with a separate milk so the homeless person could have a couple of cups. But the owners of this franchise should be absolutely delighted to have this guy working there. He's the guy that had a bike accident !! Credit to this shop”

“I've visited many a Starbucks and almost always got what I expected - pleasant staff and the usual food/drinks that are enjoyed worldwide. But this Starbucks had something extra...space and time to relax and details of service that conveyed personal attention without being pushy. Thanks guys.”

“Ultimate service. I have been in many Costa Coffee shops across the country but this place manages to fill the gap of a local coffee shop where the staff know everyone, with the excellent service of a large company. Been here several times with my mum and dad and the service is outstanding, thankyou June for taking care of us. All I can say is this lady is an asset to this business. Fantastic”

“Phenomenal adult food. I had the falafel pitta and it was amazing - loads of different elements and absolutely huge. The ingredients felt high quality and it was really tasty. I was really impressed.
If the kids’ food has been as good, it would be an easy five stars. We chose sausage and chips and I expected it to come with some form of vegetable side - it felt unhealthy, especially compared to the adult plates that were full of colour and veg! The children’s menu wasn’t on display so we made a quick verbal choice after asking what was on offer so maybe that’s why I didn’t realise ahead of time.”
