told me my food would be ready in 20-30 minutes. i went down 20 minutes after i ordered and they said it would be a few minutes. i asked again and they said the same be ready in a few minutes. AN HOUR after i ordered and a girl finally told me she had lost my second pizza and said shed remake it. i told them not to worry as my second pizza was sitting made for 30 minutes, but the responded with “its been on the heat though” i said i didnt want it as realistically who would make food at home, cook it leave it for 30 minutes in the grill and then eat it? i wasted an hour of my time.

This place has got a sprightly attitude and an atmosphere. The crew is very welcoming and upfront.

The food is great most of the time. the prices are pure daylight robbery, near £30 for a large pizza. Food is nice but prices make it not worth it.

Ordered food that took over 2 hours then never even arrived!!!! They rang and said the driver was outside when he wasn’t then said it would be with us shortly low and behold we had to ring them back another hour later to inquire about it and they said the driver was outside the house and we never came out! Absolutely ridiculous he couldn’t knock the door and even then we have 4 children sitting waiting to eat their dinner watching out the window for it. THEY NEVER SHOWED!! But tried to say it was OUR fault for not going into the street to meet the driver. Unacceptable pathetic service stay clear at all costs !!!

Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my elderly Dad and paid in full £20 odd pounds. Delivery driver came and proceeded to ask him for money and when my Dad said he only had £14 in total on him, he took that and off he went. Called him to see if he had received pizza and he told me that he could only pay for some of it and he felt bad as he could not pay in full and the driver wasn’t happy. I called the shop and told them their driver had taken advantage of a pensioner. Person in phone very surprised and agreed this was bad. Told them they had 10 mins to get money back or calling police. He got the money back. Called shop again, put onto manager. Told him how dodgy it looked for a representative of theirs to take every penny they had off a pensioner when they know full well it was paid. First said driver only realised on way back to shop his mistake and then when I said that’s ridiculous as he knew full well it was paid in full, he then said he thought it was a tip. Then refused to give me him name, said he was busy and hung up. Lovely place all round. Beware.

Ordered pizza from Abbey Street Didn't have to wait too long for delivery and it was delicious. Will certainly order from Abbey Street again , especially if I am having friends over. Better than spending time in the kitchen and missing out on the conversation

Great deals currently.. The staff need a radio or something though ?

Worse Dominoes ever! Ordered, waited, checked tracking app several times, driver literally sat elsewhere for half an hour, rang shop to be told my delivery on its way, still no delivery, tried to call shop back several times to find out where my order was and ask why driver according to their tracking app was parked elsewhere, no answer! Would not recommend this Dominoes at all. Drivers who can't read a map and staff lacking in any customer service at all!

I saw a lot of negative reviews so tried them twice before commenting. Both times the pizzas were delived quickly, warm and were cooked just right.
