Placed order online, arrived 30 minutes after order then waited over 40 minutes for food whilst others who ordered in shop had their food within 15 minutes. Organised chaos in kitchen. Won't be back.

Absolutely awful service to say the least, been going to swan for years and today is last time I’ll be giving my custom.I ordered a meal for 3 adults, once I returned home I noticed they gave us an incorrect items which is easily done by restaurants. Once I rang I was greeted by an extremely rude women. We were happy enough to bring the incorrect items back for exchange of the correct item but no this wasn’t good enough they wanted us to bring the incorrect stuff back for us to go ahead and purchase the correct item again. Absolute shambles of service. Very arrogant lady.

Lovely staff - I'm disabled and they always go the extra mile to ensure I get my order. The beef curry (or chicken sometimes) is delicious with the onions cooked just so as they should be. My spring rolls crispy and stuffed with yummyness! Thank you Swan.??
Very disappointed in tonights meal Monday 8th May . I ordered beef satay and I couldn't eat the meat it was so chewy. Also they don't take card. Really !, Total tax fraud

The food is disgusting. To my knowledge King Prawns are NOT straight in shape. Ordered the King Prawn in Salted Chilli and it was vile. My friend ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken Cantonese style and the majority of our food was binned. Even the frozen chips where hard...Back to the Ba Won we go. My advice is to stay clear and get your food elsewhere.
