Had Christmas Lunch on Friday 22nd Dec'23 thereThe main course was lovely .Dessert choice more limited in my opinion so we opted for starter and main .The french onion soup was delicious and served piping hot . A MEAL in itself. An added word of praise/commendation for Karen Jess the supervisor or manageress .She was so professional & offered a very personalised approach .Nothing too much trouble for her .My pregnant daughter ordered goats cheese starter but on reflection and googling safety of goats cheese in pregnancy, decided against it .She had already received it but Karen exchanged it gladly .She is so dedicated .I observed her set up new tables for next customers, Her precision in laying out table settings ie flatware and serviettes was just top notch .Hope she gets just rewards, for her excellenceExcellent experience .Only negative:-Mocktails were very expensive !!Overall, a very lovely pre Christmas experience

Went for my birthday. Looked after really well. Food and wine excellent. Had a tour of the spa which is absolutely stunning. Lovely decor in restaurant/bar. Highly recommend.Food & drinks: We sent back partner's dish as he wasn't enjoying but they were very accommodating and gave him a new dish which he really enjoyed.

Loved our stay here - everything about it. The spa was wonderful and Definitely the highlight of the establishment. The breakfast was exceptional- best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel. The bar had such a lovely atmosphere & the dinner was also great. We couldn’t fault our stay

So, no competition whatsoever, best bangers and mash I've ever vad, or as they called it, venison sausages with onion sauce and calganon (mashed potato with cabbage). Sauce was so tasty and slightly sweet which was really nice with the charred sausages.Mum had the smoked chicken linguine and the greedy gorb wouldnt even share it, so that must have been top notch too!Arancini (wee deep fried rice balls made with risotto rice) and the soup were nice wee starters. Did think though that the starter menu could have been a bit more appetising. Imagine some wee tender meat dumpling on there, or wee chorizo pisto. Now seven point two British pounds for a pint of Guinness is indeed a bit rich in anyone's books, that'd even raise an eyebrow on wee Lesley's coupon. But, staff were all lovely so I'll not knock a star off for that.

Would leave 6 stars if I could! We stayed for 2 nights and everything was amazing - the accommodation was clean and comfortable, the food (both the restaurant and the bar) were delicious, the Tree Top Spa was enjoyable and never too busy, and the staff were wonderful across the board. Highly recommend and will definitely be back next time we're in Belfast.

This is by far one of my favourite hotels in Northern Ireland. The ambience and feel is 5 star foe sure. Food and service are exceptional. I love the spa facilities which are newly updated and they only allow guest staying at the hotel to use these facilities which is great. Totally recommend a stay here. They also have lice music in the bar at weekends.
