Fish supper, chips had definitely been heated up a few times, terrible putting out food like that at today's prices.... avoid 5

Tried here for the first time and sadly will be the last. I had the fish bites meal which i was told was bigger than the supper. Fish looked like it had been ironed flat before cooking and woeful portion of chips. All over cooked.Daughter had a goujon supper..... she had a bigger portion of chips than the meal.Onion rings were no good, batter not even close to crispy and fell off the onion like a wet fart in a pair of paper pants.Prime burger was cold and a bit bland.Disappointing to say the least.

Ordered fish and chips. The fish was pale and stodgy and stuck to the paper and the chips looked and tasted like they were reheated don't waste your money in this place9

Hair found in my food.

A soggy fish and greasy chips. Whoever was cooking tonight 13th needs to retrain. Have enjoyed food from there before and was fine. Whoever was on tonight needs to retrain

Me and my 2 friends were at the Rathmore salt house, me and one of my friends got a chip,a lady that worked there asked us if we wanted a free dip with it, and asked my other friend if he wanted a chip for free, great service

My order was put in & after 30 min wait the person after me with a similar order got served before me.I told young girl this & she apologised & offered me an extra sausage & chip! The young man who was frying food forgot to cook my original sausage so I had another 15 min wait and all while my fish& pastie were waiting! I was so looking forward to a crispy battered fish, pastie supper & sausage, sadly when I finally got home it was a very soggy fish & pastie with enough chips to feed an army to make up for the mistake but all I wanted was my original order! Get your act together as I won't be going back!

Beautiful fish and good banter with the staff

Disgraceful. They close at 8pm. At 750pm I went in and was told quite rudely that the fryers were off and "you can't cook anything in 5 minutes anyway". If it closes at 8pm then why are the fryers off and customers being turned away 10 minutes earlier. Disgraceful. Ignorant. I will not frequent them or their counterparts ever again. Lazy staff. Want to go home earlier. The management and owners should know that customers are being turned away early before closing time. Staff probably getting paid to stay after closing to switch off and close up. Lazy and ignorant. I am discusted in the treatment I received.
