Extremely overpriced and just average cocktails. 20% service charge was also automatically added on and at the prices that were being charged this just felt completely unnecessary. Staff were okay but really it is nothing special or to get excited about. Definitely one to avoid.

We were really underwhelmed by this place. Looks much bigger in photos. We were sandwiched between two other tables and literally inches apart. Unfortunately one table had people who were pretty drunk but kept being served. Drinks not worth the money and had better elsewhere. Also didn't appreciate service charge for someone to walk a metre to a table. 52 quid for 4 drinks. Will not be back.

Loved the cocktails and a really lovely atmosphere to have a couple of drinks with friends. Seen so many people show up and try to get a table without reservation - they were frequently turned away. So definitely book!

I don’t have the time to go on about how perfect of a night we had here. The cocktails are all so affordable for the amount and quality of liquor you’re getting and the environment is lovely but wow chatting to the manager and waitress all night about everything from cocktails to the bands in the menu, james bond and beyond made this so memorable. We were in there until closing on a sunday night having cocktails chosen for us based on our tastes and learning about the art of making + deciding on the recipes for the drinks. It was our favourite night in Belfast by far and the team deserve all the praise they get. I can’t wait to revisit!

I don’t often leave reviews but these guys are worth it.I’ve wanted to visit here for ages and ages, it’s a very cool speak easy bar which I’ve known about for a while and they did not disappoint me.Drinks are amazing and very creative, alongside some A* service from Neil and Monika.It happened to be my birthday and they really ‘blew expectations out of the water’ as they say…Also a nice atmosphere inside and outside, blankets and heat lamps are provided.Thankyou so much guys, can’t wait to come back. ❤️
As soon as you walk in you’re met with the smell of a damp wooden toilet. At this point, I should have turned around, however they will charge your card if you don’t show up when you make a reservation!! You’re then met by a snooty member of staff and sat at a table in a row where you’re elbow to elbow with other people. We then waited 25 minutes for our drinks order to be taken and another 10 minutes for the drinks. The menus are awful - you can’t easily tell what’s in the drink and the tasting notes are more outlandish than helpful. The place is also pitch black so I had to use my phone torch to read the menu - I saw others doing this too so surely it makes sense to turn the lights up a bit. Once the drinks finally came, they were no better than what you would get else where for a lesser price. I Would suggest the menu be a little more descriptive or the staff member more helpful to recommend. We just wanted to leave at this point so left the table and paid - not surprisingly they were quicker to take our money than serve us. The toilets were really unkept and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We then had to make our way back down the windy creaky stair case to leave and that was the best part of the evening. Some fresh air!! There’s also no access for people with limited mobility - no lift and a lot of stairs. I would never return and definitely would not recommend this place. Really Poor service. Unhygienic. Rude staff. No disabled access. Over priced.

I think this place has great potential but it has a few minor flaws. Firstly, the prices are quite high for their standard cocktail range, per unti of spirits I don't think they are particularly good value. Secondly, the service is a bit slow and haphazard. I'd recommend a vist for a special event though. Given how bland most of the pubs in Belfast are, offering the usual major label drinks supplied by the big brewery this is a welcome addition to the scene.

A victim of the hype , had heard so much about this place so maybe that was the reason I was underwhelmed. They have gotten a lot right but for me it was lacking something. The cocktails just did not have a wow factor. I don't think I'll be back.

We stopped in here for a friend's 40 and the staff were friendly, the bar itself was quirky but quite loud for the space.Cocktails were nice but wernt as moreish as another cocktail bar in the city centre. Ours were £12ea, which is pretty average for Belfast. The only thing that left a sour taste was the hidden £4.80 service charge on the receipt. Not alot since we only stayed for one cocktail before dinner plans elsewhere, but I can imagine it adding up had we stayed longer.Overall its a nice place, the staff are lovely, really funny and pleasant. The cocktail list is extensive with many original and unique creations. I think it's a must try experience but I'm not sure, if we were up again, if we would go out of our way again to visit.

I googled nearby bars and the name stuck out to me, and I'm so glad we gave it a go! We were a bit lost until we seen the graffiti of angel wings down a side street and buzzed into the door. Absolutely loved the decor and menu! Love the split between classic and staff made. We were made to feel very welcomed and has a great time. I don't think there was a single drink we didn't like on the menu!
