Visited yesterday with two small grandchildren. Coffee good, service good, food good. The children absolutely loved the tasty sausage rolls.

Excellent cafe and really convenient beside Marks & Spencer and just across the street from Belfast City Hall.

I have to confess I'm a Café Nero fan, I really like the coffee and the setup in most of their stores. This store is very centrally located in Belfast and is usually quite busy but you can normally get a seat if you want to sit in. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The bar is in a truly beautiful location, practically opposite City Hall. The food is obviously industrial and the croissants are frozen and then reheated. The café considering the quality level of Belfast, is average. The problem is that when it gets cold, an hour before closing time, the staff always leave the door open and despite the heaters being on, it is freezing cold and you have to stay with your jacket on (especially if you are a tourist and come from another country). If you come in to enjoy a coffee in the warmth, I advise you to come only at certain times and not to sit near the entrance because 80% of the time the door stays open and you have to get up to close it.... really boring. A chain like this could afford to fit an automatic door closer.

Food and service good. Toilets cleanliness appalling- more late night pub than city centre cafe.

Lawrence Lavery

Decent location. Decent staff. Only one male toilet. A big place for only one toilet.
