Hit or miss. Sometimes great coffee other times totally undrinkable. Some of the guys that work here are super friendly , others not so much. The place is so dirty too, which isn’t the staff’s fault as they are run off their feet. More of a management issue

The coffee is good and the staff are friendly. But the place is extremely dirty. Nero need to spend some money to paint it, clean café and toilets. Toilets dirty and unacceptable. If there were other cafes open late in Ballyhackamore I'd avoid Nero.

Lovely coffee shop with friendly staff. I visit weekly to do some work and it's perfect. The food isn't amazing but then most coffee shops aren't.Kid-friendliness: Always lots of young families around. There are some high chairs availableWheelchair accessibility: Double doors with automatic openers. Large toilet with good facilities.

This cafe always feels like it needs a good clean. There is shabby chic, and then there's coffee stains on the walls and furniture. Ideal spot for a coffee shop and friendly staff, but cleanliness lets it down.

Local is dog friendly and has a nice atmosphere but the soft furnishings are very very tired and dirty in fairness most large coffee shop chains have the same issue. When you get a trained barista the coffee is good, but recently have had trainees and the difference in quality is evident. Clearly they need the experience but I’m being charged a premium price for a lesser product

Love this place as it's dog friendly. I get dragged here every week by my dog ever since he learnt about pupacinos after a member of staff brought him over one. I didn't even know they done them ?.
