Visited again today. Had to ask for toilet key/code which didn't work then pointed out toilet & stairways were dirty and hygiene poor. Was told 'well then don't come back' - so I won't.

Called in here on 12th july for hot chocolate and to use the bathroom and walked into a staff member being terribly rude to a member of the public whos child was potty training and asked to use the bathroom with him and she was buying sandwiches and coffee when came back from bathroom and the attitude on the young girl behind the counter to this woman was disgusting, which put me off i did not buy anything and walked out and i wont be back into cafe nero, this woman explained twice she was buying food and drink when her child was done in bathroom.

Called yesterday the 12th June for coffees and nibbles, the coffees and toasted sandwiches were excellent and the staff were quick at getting the food on the tables.However, the cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired, the floors, tables, chairs, windows and ceilings were disgustingly dirty, we didn't dare set anything on the tables and the latte spoons were an absolute disgrace.They say man came from dust, well there must be quite a few men hiding round those ceiling fans and chair backs.Come on folks, you have the Cafe Nero Brand name to uphold, give the place a good clean and maybe some of your lost trade might return.I know we will be in no hurry back to this particular Neros..

Great coffee, great staff, great service.But OMG the dirt of the place! Tables not cleared, floor not swept, crumbs and wrappers everywhere. The glass fronted cabinets were so dirty I could hardly see the cakes never mind read the labels.Are they short staffed? The two members of staff behind the counter were friendly, efficient and fast but they obviously can't maintain this great level of service and keep the main area clean.
