Staff were very abrasive and sharp, overly rushing when the place was early empty. Was served my drinks in 2 dirty cups along with 2 even dirtier spoons.Overall unacceptable service.

I genuinely love going here, the staff are great, it's clean and the coffee is always good. The only complaint is that you get people coming in off the street asking for money.

Staff seem to busy to care about customers and cheese toastie and a tea was over Ten pound ridiculous.will only go if no where else available

Foul latte, couldn't really bear to finish it, milk seemed to form a kind of strangely stick scum on top of the very bitter coffee. 1/10.Ordered a small tiramisu with it, could have been worse but fairly disappointing. Cream did not taste particularly fresh, the coffee-soaked lady finger biscuits were gelatinous in texture, as though they'd been left to soak or sit too long, but somehow lacking in flavour. Call it 2/10 because its edible. Both of these set me back £7.70!!Staff were nice of course. Atmosphere feels fairly impersonal, like a cafeteria pretending to be a cafe by using tacky chairs, low couches, and lower tables. I don't feel it deserves 1 star as it'd have to be a fairly spectacular disaster to earn that, but its really not good and I wouldn't recommend.

I was here on Christmas Eve waiting on a bus. The place was packed, the line was out the door and the young woman behind the counter (sorry- either Emmy or Martine her colleagues weren’t sure) but she was amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone make fancy coffee drinks with that kind of speed, and still managing to be friendly too! She even came through and cleared about 10 tables with the first short break in customers. Impressive- give that girl a promotion!

Very busy place! Ladies are nice and deliver everything quickly. You can feel difference who serves you based on the questions. Definitely some of armchairs will be good to replace or fix as is not giving a nice first impression. But if you are waiting for bus or train is a good place to have a sit.Coffee was not bad, I picked up as always vanilla cappuccino and decided to have some breakfast and ordered panini. Was fairly good.

The cake and hot chocolate was good. But not as delicious as one of the hot chocolates I had in one of their other locations. A nice place to rest and relax.

Very dirty place. Tables and floors sticky. Lots of people like it but I don't like having coffee with pigeons flying and walking about the place. Not

Coffee ok, but the toilets were absolutely disgusting. The Environmental Health from the Council need to pay them a visit and give them a warning to clean the place. We will never return. Dirty ?

Their vegan orange chocolate cookie was the best vegan cookie I have ever had . It was very moist and just melted in your mouth.Vegetarian options: Staff need to be trained about dietary restrictions. They have options available but some staff lacked the basic knowledge of what vegan meant even though all the options were well labelled.Dietary restrictions: Few vegan options available . Just wish that all staff were trained appropriately to understand the difference between vegan and vegetarian. One trainee was quite rude when I tried to clarify .

When I visited, there were 3 staff working. A group of ladies in the queue before us order some drinks and go sit down, and the barista begins to make them. Then begins the most awkward Mexican stand-off of the other two staff standing at the till in front of us, doing absolutely nothing and avoiding eye contact. It takes the barista to finish making the coffees and for HER to take our order and start making them. Now I had no expectations of her juggling orders and making both at the same time, I was perfectly content to wait, but why not take my order and instead leave me standing there to contemplate the meaning of life? Why be so awkward in a customer facing role? It’s not that hard to say hello or if you had some reason for not taking the order, say you’ll get to me in a second. The bathrooms were grimy and a lil smelly but they had been signed off as being checked that afternoon. I had a chai latte, it was better than starbucks tbh, less sweet.
