Good location when waiting for someone of the train.

It was a very windy and cold morning and together with my daughter we were looking for some nice space to sit down and have a breakfast. Place is really good, busy as next to some offices but most people are like take away people. We had some luxury hot chocolate which I will still discuss where this luxury was and vanilla Cappuccino together with some panini's. In overall no bad, of course on high end price tag and increase further as we took a sit. We all need morning coffee and some snack but sometimes the prices are really high. However, I still recommend the place.

I used to work in the building above Nero, hadn’t been in in a few years and called in today and honestly never had never customer service, the barista with the beautiful long hair was just so lovely!!

I love this branch. The staff are friendly and make gorgeous drinks.

A standard chain of cafe. A decent spot to grab a drink and snack when attending an event at the convention centre next door.

A standard Nero experience. Great place to watch the world pass

Service was terrible. Told my free drink had expired. Doesn't until Feb 2024 then was told oh its our systems then and charged anyway. Staff stood talking entire time we were there and no tables cleared away.

I thought Cafe Nero Derry was a filthy hole until I visited this branch. Bearing in mind the staff are preparing food and drink for consumption, the branch had clearly not been cleaned in months. The dirt and dust along the large windows (something they clearly advertise from outside for all to see) is thick enough to plant potatoes in. I didn't see this until after I had bought my coffee. Disgusting. As for the toilets...Cafe Nero to Cafe Zero

Yummy cakes and lovely staff.

The usual Nero fare - generally clean and coffee good with friendly service A few tables outside which is nice for the summer months. One thing - I can’t tell if this chair next to mine is a joke, a genuine antique or just tired.

The most pathetic coffee shop ever! From the rude coffee lady who had an attitude problem. They need to update their opening times on google! I used to like Cafe Nero but now never going back there again! They need to deploy customer friendly people and not rude obnoxious people!

Barista seemed more interested in talking to his staff rather than serving a customer... come on, remember where the money's coming from next time
