Most of the tables were filled with dirty cups etc. 2 staff working and not so busy. Is it a ploy to get customers to purchase takeaway ?Worst looking Nero I've ever been in. Needs a good manager.

Can't believe so many people were sitting at tables on their own with phones or lap tops and had neither purchased food or drinks with them.Observed people with Coffee trying to get a seat and there was nowhere to sit as individuals had taken up tables meant for 4 people, just to sit and play on their I.T. equipment with no Cafe Nero purchases in sight.Outside, there were 4 individual beggars sitting at the tables, consuming alcohol from bottles in full view of the people inside. It appeared to be a local meeting place for people who just wanted to sit in the dry and warm, with no intention of purchasing anything and the staff appeared happy to accept this from the vast majority of the customers ?

Dirty tables. On arrival I could count 7 tables that haven't been cleared, thought fair enough maybe they had a rush. Only seemed to be one member of staff working. After 20 minutes still no tables had been cleared..

The decor of the shop is tired and dirty looking considering that they have opened a lot more branches in the area and it's well overdue a revamp to keep up with the other branches but Nero's brand seems to be happy with taking the money in and not putting some of it back in to the

Paper cups when sitting in .. staff talking not paying attention to customers.. had to go back and ask for a cup

It's a chain coffee house in the UK. It's fine, but I'll choose Gail's over this one any day.

Great friendly staff and prioritised customers coming in to order. But the inside wasn't the cleanest. Over half the tables had dirty dishes, cups and food from elsewhere (Pizza Co box smuggled in). Also the toenail clippings by the table next to us weren't the most appealing...

Great little gem of a place along this street. Plenty of cosy indoor seating and tables, as well as some outdoor seating and tables. Very good selection of sweat and savoury eats. Great coffee. Cheerful staff.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible toilet on site. Flat entrance and plenty of room to manoeuvre inside.
