Didn't have food, just coffee including a Babychino for our 2 year old grandson. Excellent quality, not too long to wait, reasonable price. Couldn't ask for much more.

Cuppa was fine but soft seats totally off-putting to sit on as they are absolutely filthy. Tables were dirty with trays/cups from previous customers still there. The place is in serious need of some TLC.

Been a customer for quite some time going in to cafe Nero and all cafe Nero coffee shops has got warm welcome service to an extent . I'm disappointed when paying cash your change is thrown in yourhand . I've noticed some customers our giving there change in a nice manner where as me it's thrown in my hand as if my hands are not clean. It's happening to often cafe Nero coffee shop forest side ) I feel quite offensive ,when certain staff throw my change in my hand. Take me as I am , good customer service brings customers back . I come in to cafe Nero with a good head, but I come out with aheadache . Thank you.
