A good Caffe Nero. Very Close to the major shopping venues but slightly hidden. Not too busy. No huge queues. I received friendly service on the three times I went there in my recent Belfast holiday.

Ann street Belfast Nero today served by male member of staff. Only way to put it is service extremely disappointing and very rude. This member of staff will get this buisness nowhere as I’ll tell you one thing for sure i won’t be back !!!!.. Refused to fulfil my order and tbh money dosent grow on trees. I asked for takeaway and was responded to by shocking tone of voice, plates slammed down. I also asked for cream and wouldn’t have even noticed it was there there was that little. Female member of staff was very pleasant.

Just finished having a look at the nearby town hall and felt a bit peckish. Have seen many Cafe Nero since coming to this part of the world but never been in one . In we went for a hot chocolate and coffee and also had a vegetable sausage roll. It was nice and hot , very tasty. Will visit again in the future

Got to spend the day in Belfast today and with the weather suddenly turning summer their mango and passionfruit smoothie just made everything right again in the world! And what a lovely crew!
