A lovely cafe in the heart of Belfast at this busy intersection. The service was prompt and friendly. The apple strudel comes highly recommended. But the star of the show is the furniture. Big plump leather chairs and sofas, the definition of snug. In addition there are a fair few plugs available for your hungry phone to charge on.

Got a too good too go and Paul and his co worker (apologies completely forgot his name) they were absolute gentleman provided me with great service both deserve a pay

Standard chain coffee store. Can't say anything special. Stopped going because of the pride flags that emblazoned the entrance cos I'm just pretty sick of all that getting shoved down our throats. Just want an apolitical coffee, not sitting under a rainbow flag when I drink it.

Great little cafe but smaller than other Cafe Nero. I used the 3 App for the £1 Coffee with no problems.
Jonny Gray
Standard cafe Nero service. Seems slower service compared to other locations. The atmosphere is quite quiet

Served this morning by a girl with brightly coloured hair. So unfriendly and very unwelcoming. She obviously needed a cup of coffee as she lacked enthusiasm but sadly also manners.

It is a basic coffee bar. All fine, but nothing exceptional.

A warm welcome and great coffee.

The queues are little, the staff are pleasant and efficient. The coffee is well prepared and tasty. Outside seating is also available for sunny days and there is also a canopy in which the outside seating is located. Just outside the busy bustle of the city centre foot traffic, yet only a small 2 minute walk to castle country.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance to the store front, so no Shane in getting through the front door.

The staff were lovely and made my order perfect, plus the new el Salvador coffee is to die for if you have a sweet tooth nice hint of honey to it ☺️
Lovely wee shop, friendly service, was too a nice day to sit inside so opted for takeout to sit on the seats provided outside.

Staff are friendly I love that it's dog friendly too as my dog and I usually stop here for coffee, place needs a good clean and chairs updated, the toilets aren't the best tbh. A good clean and brush of the floor wouldn't go amiss.

Never order from cafe nero. Waiting 2hours for £20s worth.

Lovely friendly staff today… an asset to cafe Nero definitely… just thought the cortado was very weak … but that’s probably what amount of coffee the staff are told use .. ?… 5 stars are for service with a chat and a smile …
