Never had a bad experience here until served by a man working at the hot food counter. Incredibly rude and belligerent. Genuinely horrible guy don’t know why he’s working in hospitality with the attitude he has. Every customer is an adult and quite frankly very intelligent and he speaks down to them as if they’re stupid children. Decided against spending money here due to him and hope I never see him again!!!!

The clements coffee is a pleasant, comfortable and calm place, coffees and teas are good, lattes too ☕️. The staff is friendly and helpful.I come regularly and this timeI ordered the soup of the day ? with 2 slices of bread, it was good.It also has scones, croissants, sandwiches, paninis????Wifi is free and there are plenty of plug socket to charge your phone.

Needed some coffee & tea this afternoon, so based on local recommendation, Clements was chosen out of the dozen or so on Botanic. And it was a good call. Coffee was excellent, they had a “Belfast Blend” of tea, and our baristas/waiter was excellent.

Horrible! Horrible! Myself and my sister called in here for breakfast. We were placing our order and the person at the till (dark hair tied up with an undercut style, glasses,very tall) was so impatient and rude to the point she rolled her eyes. Awful place! Waited ages for food which was not of great standard. We couldn't wait to get out of there the atmosphere was so uncomfortable. Never again!

Food was great, although the person making the coffee had a foul attitude, everyone else was lovely but they continued to act as if ordering a coffee was a burden on their day.Made everyone feel a little uncomfortable.

Closes at 8pm, used to be open much longer pre pandemic and better service and food options, prices now more expensive too. Now they will serve you at cash till instead of at the table.

Abysmal! One member of staff in particular has a boorish, aggressive attitude. When I was trying to order a breakfast he rolled his eyes and made ordering difficult with their butting in and rushed aggressive tone. I think this member of staff. Tall, glasses, very poor attitude, rude as hell, needs to take a course on delivering quality customer service. I wouldn’t go in to this establishment even if my mouth was as dry as the Sahara! The food was thrown at myself and my sister like we were pigs in a pen. Horrendous. Mediocre food at that. Sort your bolshi staff out. If they hate the job they shouldn’t be working with the public.
Cajun chicken wrap & the bacon, brie and cranberry panini were both great and good value for money

I went to Clements on Christmas Eve with my husband. We had a long wait for our coffee, even though it wasn't overly busy. My husband ordered a scone which was heated and brought to our table almost immediately so it had cooled down by the time the coffees arrived.The toilet smelt unpleasant, the toilet paper had run out and there was a large area of water behind the sink. We had been to Clements a number of times before, but I was not impressed with it on this occasion.

Went to this coffee shop yesterday with my wife ordered tea for two and two sausage rolls. When I went to pay I was charged 12.00 when I queried the bill I wad told it was 2.50 for each pot of tea which I did not mind but wad the told that each sausage roll was 3.50 I have to say was the worst sausage roll I have ever tasted. I explained this to the waitress but she shrugged her shoulders and said nothing. Clements tagline is there religious about coffee me I'm religious about value this place does not offer this.

Had a club sandwich, easily the worst I’ve ever had, it must have been made a week ago, had to discard the bread as it was completely soaked through with the tomato. Very disappointed and won’t be back
