One woman working on her own under so much pressure on a very busy Saturday morning , but no one went without their coffee, everyone felt so sorry for her, but the good people of belfast all tried to help her out. Go girl!! Coffee was lovely

OMG!!! Someone from @Costa head office needs to visit this place very soon! I counted 7 tables which hadn't been cleared and 5 people chatting behind the counter. No other customers waiting to be served. Next customer came in ten minutes later. No paper napkins. A roll of blue kitchen towel beside the sugar etc. Was I meant to use that? A lot of cloth covered seats torn and frayed and very badly stained. Outside area strewn with litter. Saw a sign on door about a broken ice machine and then saw that been mentioned in other comment's. I have never been in such a filthy rundown Costa. Shame on you Costa head office for allowing a franchisee sully your name.

My wife and l called in to Costa for a coffee after shopping in nearby Marks and Spencer. We we not expecting such a dirty establishment! Rubbish both inside and outside and chairs were damp and stained. To top it off….the toilet was a disgrace! I’m sure we’re not the only ones to notice and needless to say, we won’t be back!

Only one side of my toastie was tosted and this was very disappointing and i expected better, it wasnt even a nice toastie. But the hot chocolate was nice.

Its was okay. I was able to do a bit of laptop work. Free wifi and socket to charge the laptop.

This review is for Shane Retail Park .Place is stinking. All chairs are stained , food and crumbs everywhere. Needs deep cleaned.
Typical coffee dock on the Boucher road.
Staff helpful. Nice atmosphere toilets clean.
