On first impressions it is visually one of the more pleasant Costa stores, the inside is spacious with plenty of seating options. Staff were courteous.

I go there literally every day by far one of the best Costas to go to staff are awesome so is the coffee, if you are on Boucher road don't go to the one opposite M&S go to the Shane retail park Costa!!!

This Costa is your bog standard modern Costa. Good selection of food and tray ales although £2.50 for a small glass bottle of Coke is way to much. Sometimes, it can take the, quite a while to clear the tables, which can be a downside for this otherwise perfect Costa!
Sandwich and coffee nice. Fast service but the staff could learn how to smile and their please and thank yous. Manners cost nothing and 2 members of staff that dealt with me made me feel like writing this review. I've dealt with other staff members who were delightful but sadly this visit was not.

Good skinny cappuccino and the wee rice krispy ring thing was sweet and tasty. Staff nice, but the table could have done with a wipe clean.
