Ordered a chicken baguette to be sent a wrap waited over an hour on food .. phoned to complain that we ordered a baquette not a wrap to be told theyll do another one but we have to pay for it when it was their mistake lol absoulute joke and just spent 22 pound out of this place ..never order again

I usually love fishhook but tonight I got a kebab on chips via the just eat app. I choose garlic for my sauce. When my order arrived (early so thats a plus) the garlic sauce was so cold that I couldn’t eat the meat. The chips below were hot so I ate them so that was grand....however I think there’s nothing worse than talking bad about a place without giving them the opportunity to fix it, so I called to say “hi I’m not complaining but I couldn’t eat my dish because the sauce was so cold” the lady who answered was quite rude & instead of apologising she said it was my fault for not ordering sauce on the side.
I think there is room for improvement (just keep the sauce for hot dishes out) and also tell the phone staff to have a bit of ownership. Anyway, I knew my feedback fell on deaf ears when I tried to call so therefore leaving a review here. This is the first I’ve had a bad experience with the chippy usually it’s great.

me and my partner got out of here tonight the fish is massive and very fresh and really nice taco chips and Pizza was very nice as well

Beautiful food proper Belfast chippy best for takeaway Orders of Taco chips are 100% the best ever Pizza is amazing with real fresh toppings Battered Sausage, Fish , onion rings and garlic dip with Mushrooms is outstanding Not badly priced either

Terrible service. Waited 1h 20m for delivery. Food arrived cold with 1 item missing. Won't be back.
