Went to four star in Dundonald and thr service was exceptional. Fella Stephen has such a great way with customers despite it being extremely busy. Food was absolutely too. I'll be back next week.

Ordered a delivery arrived 2 and a half hours late was told we would get some freebies for understanding. Order came missing parts of it and no freebies contact shop for driver to me contacted and missing otem arrives 1hr after pizzas and still no freebies plus the missing item was freezing and had to be put in bin ....disgraceful when you pay 26.50 for an order never again will i order from here

The quality from this store has gone severely downhill recently. Quality of the staff is clearly lacking. After messing up our order, they then take another 45 mins to ‘fix’ the order and still mucked it up the second time! Gave up in the end.

Not great, staff need a personality transplant, or find a new job that doesn't involve meeting & greeting people. Lol. Pizza's aren't great for the price they charge.
Absolutely disgusted with the service from this place ordered a pizza which was half Hawaiian and half smoky joe and we pacifically said no bacon on the smoky joe we waited about 45 mins and when the pizza arrived it was covered in bacon even the Hawaiian was replaced with bacon and no ham so clearly can’t tell the difference between ham and bacon so we rang to complain and was told that there would be another pizza sent out with no bacon so waited about half an hour on that one and it arrived and yet again there was still bacon all over it after we said no bacon twice and they still send us out pizza with bacon on it so that was 2 pizzas covered in bacon so we went to ring back again and they just never answered the phones ended up pizzas hit the bin absolutely ridiculous service and clearly need to listen when someone says they don’t want something instead of sending out 2 pizzas that where wrong

Absolutely amazing , my son had a pizza for his birthday and we ordered it from four star . Great food and service. The staff are so lovely and polite. Forgive me if I got their names wrong. Steve and Mike. Four star you have great staff.
